Description
The Returns Support position specializes in providing customer service for customers and internal staff. Approving and entering return requests from customers, answering phone calls from customers.
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Experience:
- One year of previous office related work
- Training - Minimum of one month on the job training required
Requirements for Returns Support:
- Ability to give special attention to detail required. Must have ability to identify letters and numbers
- Must have computer and data entry skills
- Must have ability to problem solve
- Must adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
- The individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction
- Must have ability to orally communicate with customers, co-workers, supervisors and other employees
Returns Support duties include but are not limited to:
- Approve / Enter return requests
- Answer customer phone calls
- Issue customer credits
- Oversee Daily Transfer
- Answer Emails in a timely fashion
- Research customer credit issues
- Handle misc. territory issues
- Issue Misc. territory accounting credits
- Scan RGA Weekly
- Misc. projects as needed
