The ideal candidate ensures the cleanliness & proper materials are on hand, in order to facilitate an outstanding guest experience.
Greets guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome
Assists servers and bartenders in running food, and supplies.
Cleans, clears and runs glassware and materials as needed.
Restocks and runs bar supplies to bartenders as needed.
Properly brings soiled dish & silverware to the dish line.
Cleans and re-stocks all service items and complete side-work checklists.
Commitment to improved Guest Satisfaction Scores.
