Engineers Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Technicican Status: NON-EXEMPTReports to: Area Chief Engineer Position Summary: The main function of the Engineer is to perform skilled maintenance and repair duties for the property, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, paint touch ups etc… He or she is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and property are well maintained and in the best possible condition.
