To perform secretarial duties for the Sales and Catering Departments

At least 2 years secretarial experience required
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good organizational skills
Type 50 wpm
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be detailed oriented
Essential Tasks:
Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence, creating correspondence, filing, faxing, copying and answering phones, greet walk-in guests and clients
Maintain trace files and Banquet BEO book
Complete reports as outlined by the Directors of Catering and Sales
Type and mail catering contracts and sales proposals
Make sure all status changes are communicated each day for rooms and catering functions
