PM Food and Beverage Supervisor
Job Description:
To provide leadership for the restaurant and room service affording only the best service, product consistency and quality with an awareness of hotel policies and procedures in order to maximize profitability.

Equipment Used:
Computer, telephone, printer, Micros, trays, silverware, glassware, linens, dishes
Knowledge/Training:
A minimum of 3 years of restaurant and/or management experience is required.
High school diploma or equivalent
Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff.
Essential Tasks:
Promote good customer relations and handle customer concerns.
Maintain operation par levels of staff tools to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Motivating; monitoring employee performance
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Create new and innovative ways to acquire and maintain customers.
Know the meaning of suggestive selling and how to implement these ideas into everyday practices.
Train staff members when a problem if found how to address it and when.
Perform spot checks on staff members to see that they are using what is provided for them.
Control labor costs without compromising quality standards.
Prepare reports relevant to your department as requested.
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to inform staff of specials, train and develop staff and foster a positive team spirit.
Develop individual staff members for future advancement.
