Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual with prior manufacturing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to grow into a leadership role. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time role based out of our corporate headquarters located in Blue Springs, MO.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
· Assist with production and chemical blending.
· Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes.
· Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality.
· Working with other team members to complete the production process.
· Supporting warehouse functions such as stocking, counting inventory and picking orders.
· Routine maintenance and clean-up.
· Miscellaneous duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency of Meyer Laboratory.
· Observing all company, local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years related work experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to self-motivate and work independently
· Strong sense of urgency and initiative
· Detail-oriented
· Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines
· Excellent attendance record and timeliness, required
· Prior forklift experience or certifications a plus
· Must be flexible with day to day job duties
· Willingness to comply with safety and quality regulations, including wearing protective gear when necessary.
· Meeting physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing safety gear.
