Revenue Operations Analyst
Job Purpose & Summary
The RevOps Analyst is responsible for supporting data-driven commercial decision making at Meyer Lab. Leveraging a broad suite of reporting & analytics tools, the Analyst will monitor and maintain commercial data sources, metrics, and KPIs that help drive the rhythm of the business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop standardized & ad-hoc commercial performance reports & dashboards
- Provide data & reporting support for commercial management cadences (e.g., Pipeline Calls, CRM Hygiene status reports, and sales training exercises, etc.)
- Maintain standards for commercial data sources and reporting across CRM , ERP (when necessary), and documents repositories
- Provide documentation & enablement for data driven business processes (e.g., dashboard utilization, pipeline tracking/hygiene, etc.)
- Ensure overall data health and hygiene within the CRM with a focus on pipeline
- Act as the Meyer Lab subject matter expert for commercial data & metrics
Education / Work Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations role
- Previous experience in chemical manufacturing or related industry preferred
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives and providing commercial insights
- Previous experience leveraging sales technology to drive data analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Travel & Physical Requirements
- Travel is unlikely and if needed will be minimal and only as exception business needs require.
- Desk and computer work required.
