Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support in a medical office setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Personal Injury Experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide general office support including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
-Maintaining a clean environment in the office at all times
-Must be able to take initiative
Skills
- Strong administrative skills with experience in a medical office setting
- Proficient in using front desk software and phone systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (Acom) knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Multi-tasking is a must. Cross-training for back office duties as Chiropractic Assistant.

-Supervising Therapeutic Exercises

-Performing Manual Therapy
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:45am to 6:00pm with Lunch 1:00pm- 2:00pm & Friday 8:45am - 1:00pm
