This will include leading the responses for qualifications and proposals, as well as assisting with the planning, development, and execution of campaigns, whether that be through digital or print mediums. Position Responsibilities
- Leads the response process for qualifications and proposals, including organization, recommendations, information gathering, writing and editing, design and layout, as well as production.
- Support preparation for interview presentations and creation of supporting content/materials.
- Prepare introductory marketing packets for meetings with new or existing clients.
- Attend content strategy meetings and assist in gathering information and writing stories on in-progress and completed projects for use in proposals, case studies, brochures, and website.
- Work with the team to develop award and submission materials, survey responses, project overviews and case studies, and e-blast and social media content for events and other activities.
- Assist in managing and updating the marketing database.
- Produce key marketing materials such as resumes, project sheets, presentations, and brochures.
- Organize and conduct market research (as needed).
- Support operations in the creation and ordering of custom jobsite signage.
- Provide internal support for Meyer Najem departments, committees, and events.
- Perform other job-related duties as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience working for a general contractor or construction related business strongly preferred
- Proficient with the Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Creative graphic and page layout design, as well as strong writing and proofing skills (AP style) with an emphasis on quality and accuracy as evidenced by samples required.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized with strong time management skills and can multi-task and change priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Ability to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
