Responsibilities
· Welcoming and directing clients
· Call screening, appointment scheduling, and calendar management
· Maintain an organized filing system for all legal documents
· Assist with tracking deadlines for and organizing various tax filings
· Assist attorney with court filings
· General reporting
· Coordinating office maintenance and repairs
· Maintaining office supplies
Qualifications
· Work experience in a law firm or financial advisory firm (preferred)
· Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision
· Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word (required)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Valid driver’s license required
· Must pass a background check
