Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you’ll help grow our Workplace Solutions business by building strong relationships with both current and potential clients. Your goal will be to maximize profits while ensuring our customers’ needs are met. This is a dynamic role that involves driving sales, expanding accounts, and achieving revenue targets within your designated territory.

·        Build Relationships: Connect with new and existing clients to ensure a steady flow of business.

·        Drive Sales: Identify new opportunities, close deals, and meet/exceed sales goals.

·        Collaborate: Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth project execution.

·        Client Engagement: Present product demos, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.

·        Maintain CRM: Track all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

·        Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

·        Hybrid work environment (work remotely with some travel and in-office time).

What you need to be considered:

·        Experience: 3 years of sales experience in workplace solutions (office moving, systems furniture, project

management, etc.).

·        Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·        Personality: A natural networker with an outgoing attitude.

·        Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).

·        Travel: Ability to travel across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

·        Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
