As a Business Development Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving growth for our Office Moving, Rigging, and Workplace Solutions services. You’ll focus on increasing lead generation, qualifying opportunities, and accelerating the sales cycle through strategic outreach and client engagement. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you’ll ensure your efforts are aligned to meet goals.
- Outreach Campaigns: Work with Marketing to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients in key industries.
- Collaborate with Sales: Work with Sales to create target lists based on competitive analysis and market profiles.
- Client Engagement: Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to reach out to prospects and generate new opportunities (appointments, meetings, proposals, etc.).
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate client meetings and presentations.
- Proposal Assistance: Help prepare sales proposals and support customer follow-up, site surveys, and training.
- CRM Management: Log and track all sales activities and leads in the CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
- KPI Achievement: Meet outreach KPIs and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
- Cross-functional Support: Work with teams like Operations, Customer Service, and IT to meet customer needs.
- Sales Meetings: Attend sales meetings and document key takeaways to drive strategy forward.
- In-office position with a collaborative and supportive team environment.
What you need to be considered:
- Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on phone communication.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Tools: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is a plus.
- Personality: A results-oriented, positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
