What You'll Do:
Develop Creative That Converts
- Own and evolve creative strategy, blending art and analytics to produce scroll-stopping ads that align with brand vibes and crush performance goals.
- Develop, test, and optimize campaigns that drive real results—better conversion rates, higher revenue, and unstoppable growth.
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure every ad is a showstopper, from the concept stage to the final cut.
Influencer Magic
- Scout, onboard, and collaborate with influencers for Paid Ads who "get" our brand and audience (think TikTok stars, Instagram creators, YouTube gurus).
- Craft briefs that inspire authentic, standout content while meeting campaign objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with influencers who want to be part of our story—again and again.
- Track and analyze influencer impact, fine-tuning partnerships for even more ROI.
Team Player Energy
- Work closely with media buyers, brand team, and creative to ensure seamless, cohesive campaigns across every channel.
- Be the go-to person connecting creative, influencer, and performance strategies into a single powerhouse.
Data Meets Creativity
- Design testing roadmaps, measure results, and share lightbulb-worthy insights with the team.
- Use data to unlock what’s working, ditch what’s not, and scale up what slays.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of creative strategy or working with influencers in a paid ad capacity..
- 3 years of experience working with key paid platforms including: META, Tiktok, YouTube, etc.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition online.
- Experience working with media buying teams
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Collaborative, hands-on approach, capable of delivering results.
- Strong relationship-building skills with external partners and agencies.
- Leadership and influence skills.
Working Conditions:
- Indoor work environment with artificial lighting.
- Standard office equipment usage (computers, phones).
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, and occasional crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and driving.
- Standard work hours, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.
$60k to $100k, DOE
