Join our Growth Team as a Paid Search Manager, where you’ll help scale performance across channels like Google, YouTube, and Bing. This role will have a direct impact on driving new customer acquisition through strategic media buying, cross-departmental collaboration, and data analysis. To be successful in this role, you must be results-oriented, able to solve complex business problems and multitask across multiple brands.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management and Optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google, YouTube, and Bing, ensuring every dollar delivers maximum ROI.
- Identify performance trends to refine channel strategies and continually deliver stronger results.
- Routinely audit account structure to ensure campaigns are optimized to platform best practices, user experience from ad to site is seamless, and proper pixel and catalog management.
- Work closely with vendor partners to discover testing opportunities, new platform rollouts and evolving best practices.
- Develop robust keyword strategy and monitor for relevancy, CPC, and profitability.
- Maximize bids and budgets to drive performance at scale against key KPIs: ROAS, CAC, and CVR.
Reporting
- Measure performance against ROAS and CAC, and effectively communicate results to greater team with actionable insights
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to uncover key performance trends, strategic recommendations and testing hypotheses.
- Analyze competitor landscape and apply learnings to broader channel strategy
Collaboration Across Teams
- Partner with internal teams, including Creative, Paid Media, and Analytics, to align on goals, optimize landing pages, and improve audience signals.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3 years of hands-on media buying experience on Google with a strong PPC acumen
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies and insights, using analytics and attribution platforms (ie Google Analytics, Looker, MTA, MMM).
- Collaboration Skills: A team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment, knows how to build rapport, and communicates effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Pixel management and measurement tracking is a plus
