The Paid Social Specialist will help grow Meyer’s D2C arm across its core brands through paid social strategy, execution and management. This role sits within the Growth Team, reporting into the Associate Director of Growth, and will assist in monthly and quarterly planning across Meta, TikTok and Influencers, including other channel testing. You will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimizations of campaigns and reporting on its performance. You will collaborate across brand teams, data, internal creative services, freelancers and agencies, and third party vendors. This role will work collaboratively with other key channels like Amazon and Retailers to develop holistic, full-funnel approaches as it relates to paid social.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day management of all paid social activations (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc), executing off of media plans, building ads and optimizing to ROI metrics
- Oversee account health, including catalog, audience and pixel management
- Consistently monitor campaign performance through in-platform and third party measurement tools, including pacing to monthly budgets and revenue targets
- Analyze and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Establish and oversee testing frameworks by brand, managing creative deliverables and timelines across internal and external creative teams
- Work with creative teams to develop and iterate ads based on performance and market trends
- Design, implement and analyze A/B splits tests across platforms
- Researches competitive landscape, latest industry trends and best practices, and emerging technologies
