Key Responsibilities:
- Support project scheduling, change management, and document control.
- Assist in subcontractor and material supplier management, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Maintain project records, submittals, cost controls, and closeout documentation.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, and internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Participate in pre-construction planning, project coordination meetings, and quality monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of field construction experience (Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or APM roles preferred).
- Proficiency in reading drawings, project specifications, scheduling, and cost control.
- Technology-savvy, with experience in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
