Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with owners, architects, and project teams across all phases of construction, from concept to completion.
- Develop and implement strategies to win proposals, lead presentations, and secure new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and project success.
- Oversee multiple projects through Project Managers, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met.
- Act as a strategic partner to internal departments, aligning efforts to maximize project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of commercial construction experience, including 5 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Proven success in business development, including presentations and relationship building.
- Deep understanding of construction processes and various project delivery methods.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
