Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform drywall finishing duties including taping, mudding, sanding, and skim coating
- Execute custom drywall work in remodeling and restoration environments
- Apply and repair plaster surfaces, especially in older homes
- Maintain a clean, safe job site with high attention to detail
- Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, and other trades
- Occasionally assist with general carpentry and framing tasks if skilled
- Travel to job sites across the region using company vehicle or mileage reimbursement
- Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of drywall finishing experience, including taping, sanding, and texture matching
- Strong plaster experience preferred
- Experience with remodeling and insurance-related repair work
- Carpentry/framing experience a plus
- Ability to read drawings and follow detailed specifications
- Self-starter with excellent time management and job site independence
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, ladder work)
- Valid driver's license preferred

- Full-time | Monday to Friday
- 8- to 9-hour shifts depending on projects
