Catering Orders and Support Associate
Location: 3975 Fair Ridge Drive (In-Person Position Only)
Join Mezeh, a fast-growing Mediterranean fast-casual brand, as we expand our catering operations! We are looking for a detail-oriented Catering Orders and Support Associate to ensure smooth execution of our catering services by managing orders, coordinating with stores, providing customer support, and assisting the catering sales team.
Position Overview:
As the Catering Orders and Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling catering orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy in our system, communicating with store teams, and making updates as needed. You will also serve as the main point of contact for catering customers, providing top-tier support and ensuring every order is executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Catering Order & Customer Support Management:
- Enter and update orders in the system to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Communicate catering details to store teams, ensuring they have all necessary information.
- Process customer requests for changes, cancellations, or modifications to existing orders.
- Add all confirmed catering orders to the appropriate store calendars for proper scheduling.
- Audit catering orders daily to ensure all scheduled orders are correctly entered and accounted for.
- Provide customer support throughout the entire catering experience, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
Catering Platform & Menu Management:
- Make adjustments to catering menus and pricing on third-party platforms (EzCater, Doordash, OLO, Etc)
- Ensure consistency in catering offerings across all ordering platforms.
Support Catering Sales & Operations:
- Assist the Catering Sales Manager with order tracking, reporting, and customer communication.
- Identify and resolve any operational issues related to catering execution.
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure a seamless catering experience for customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative, operations, customer service, or restaurant coordination roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure order accuracy.
- Proficiency in managing orders using catering or POS systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for handling customer concerns and coordinating between teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
