Job Overview
We are seeking a clean, organized, fast, dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and organized.

Thanksgiving and Christmas off.
Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring all items are stored properly after cleaning.
- Assist in the preparation of food by cleaning and cutting vegetables or other ingredients as needed.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean cooking equipment and utensils promptly to ensure smooth operations during meal service.
- Follow all food handling safety guidelines to prevent contamination.
- Perform routine maintenance on dishwashing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Skills
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
