What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Assistant/Barback position at Mezzaluna Pasteria & Mozzarella Bar?
Required: must be available to work 4:30pm-Closing (most nights we're shut down by 11pm)
Tuesdays-Saturdays.
Must be able to work entire week. No exceptions.
$5.00 hr plus 18% bar tips ($100 per night)

(cash tips paid out daily)
Full time Bar Back/Server assistant PM Shift 4pm-closing
Off Sundays - This is a year-round position. Must be willing to work all holidays.
Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas

Must be energetic, with a go-getter attitude, sense of urgency, enjoys working as part of a team. Must be a very positive person, works clean and organized, likes to have fun, and a can do attitude. No drama, No calling in, must be able to get along with others

Every Server Assistant will be assigned to one server.
Assist the server in every way to ensure the guests have an amazing experience.
Clearing, setting, polishing, refilling, placing new silver with new courses, removing un-used silver/glassware/trash, etc. Overall team player that likes to help and stay busy. Super fun position, great pay, fun happy environment. No drama allowed, must get along well with others, know how to stay busy, like to have fun, overall happy person.
