The position of Wedding and Event Captain is a seasonal part time position, and offers you a great opportunity to grow with our company. The day can be up to 12 hours long, mostly on the weekends from May through Mid November.The Wedding and Event Captain position provides direct support to the Wedding and Private Events Coordinators execution for events.
The Wedding and Event Captain will interact with other Mezzanine Catering team members throughout the duration of the event, as well as with guests, and other vendors from different companies. This position requires professional conduct and a positive demeanor.
Attention to detail is paramount while organizing excellent events. The Wedding and Event Captain must be well-organized and competent in staff management. Positive and effective communication skills will set apart the best among the candidates. We look for people with high-energy personalities to be on our team. Outstanding interpersonal skills are important, along with the ability to relate to a diverse set of team members, guests, and other vendors.
