We are currently recruiting for an L1 EUC Support Technician position to work with our client, a major technology company based in San Jose, California.
L1 EUC is a Level 1 support technician specializing in assisting end users within a company. This role is essential to ensuring employees can work seamlessly with their devices and software.
Responsibilities of an L1 EUC Support Technician:
โ Resolve basic hardware and software issues (PCs, laptops, printers, phones, etc.).
โ Assist with the installation and configuration of applications.
โ Manage support tickets and guide users through simple solutions.
โ Provide support for basic networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, and remote access.
โ Reset passwords and manage system access.
โ Escalate more advanced issues to the L2 or L3 team when necessary.
Ideal Profile for L1 EUC:
โข At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the IT department.
โข Basic IT knowledge (Windows, macOS, Office 365, basic networks).
โข Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
โข Assist users with IT-related queries and technical support.
โข Ensure smooth operation of IT systems and escalate issues when necessary.
โข Customer service skills (handling non-technical users with patience and clarity).
โข Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
โข Advanced English proficiency with excellent oral and written communication skills.
