**Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently* Perform maintenance tasks, including brake, front end, and alignment work* Train and coach other employees on shop functions and procedures* Maintain the orderly flow of customer service assignments to ensure productivity* Extend Big O's Extra Care Services to customers* Attend weekly store meetings to review safety issues and product information changes* Work with store management to achieve established service, sales, and productivity goals* Ensure accurate invoicing and complete daily training requirements
**Requirements:
* Minimum two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician* Current Motor Vehicle Inspection License (for Missouri-based stores)* Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials* Consistent operation of computers and office productivity machinery* Willingness to work with hazardous materials and comply with PPE regulations* Availability to work holidays, weekends, and after regular business hours as needed* Strong communication skills and ability to speak English fluently
