Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Consistently greet and thank each customer, providing fast and friendly service while ensuring proper customer education and follow-through on maintenance and repairs.
- Promote Sales: Explain benefits of service and products to customers, promoting sales through effective communication and presentation skills.
- Vehicle Inspections: Perform vehicle inspections, print owner's manual maintenance requirements, and prioritize and promote needed products and services with customers and management.
- Sales Duties: Perform all necessary sales duties per company policy and procedure, including pricing, promotions, suggestive selling, vendor check-in, and stocking merchandise.
- Company Programs: Execute all company programs, policies, and procedures while attending weekly store meetings to review safety issues, store policies, procedures, and product information changes.
