$70,000-$90,000/depends on experience. Eligible for additional 5% MBO.

Primary Duties
- Assist in creating month-end and quarter-end Financial Operations report and other monthly and quarterly reports.
- Create ad-hoc financial reports (sales, gross profit, expenses) to support sales operations
- Support Monthly District Financial Reviews by analyzing financial results, identifying large variances, and identifying trends
- Utilize and enhance company-created and other databases to extract, analyze and report on sales, profitability or expense variances.
- Assist in preparation and completion of annual budget.
- Support CFO and FP&A manager with in-depth analysis.
- Assist in implementation and training of financial reporting software and tools to support a growing company and increasing amount of data available.

- Nust be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience.
- A./B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or related field: or an equivalent in education and experience.
- Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and identify key drivers of performance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SQL skills with a willingness to learn new software programs. Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 or VENA a plus.
- Ability to extract and analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage financial data in a confidential and professional manner.
- Work is generally completed in an office environment. Frequent sitting, computer work and phone use are required, with occasional walking, standing, bending, and lifting to 20 pounds.
