Position Summary:
The Brand Manager will lead the graphics team to deliver high-quality visual materials, including logos, brochures, and packaging. This role involves developing design guidelines for brand consistency and staying updated on industry trends. The Brand Manager will collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches and campaigns, conduct market research for growth opportunities, and manage the production process with external vendors. Additionally, the role includes driving impactful in-store experiences and ensuring alignment across digital marketing initiatives. This is a fully remote position open to anywhere in the US. There will be occasional travel, up to 20%. (Most of the time, it would be once a quarter.)
Primary Duties:
- Lead and manage the graphics team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement design guidelines, standards, and processes to maintain consistency across all visual materials.
- Create and design visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to, logos, brochures, posters, infographics, packaging, videos, and website elements.
- Oversee the production and printing process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines. Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and designers to ensure seamless execution of projects when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of the graphics team.
- Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to assist in developing marketing strategies for new product launches as well as current product sustaining campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, procurement, and operations to develop and launch impactful in-store consumer experiences, drive product breakthroughs at the shelf, and assess retail product performance. Recommend communications enhancements and collateral needs to align with organizational sales goals.
- Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Partner with Digital Marketing team to ensure all product information is on brand and photography and video are aligned with the most current initiatives.

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
- Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required.
- Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong computer skills including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and the Adobe Creative Suite, with a willingness and ability to learn new software programs.
- Function in a team environment with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Provide superior customer service and support company goals.
- Must be able to work with a wide variety of people and personalities.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Must be over the age of 21, as driving is required. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, in accordance with company guidelines.
