Middleby Refrigeration is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented S&OP Planner to join our team. This pivotal role plays a key part in aligning production schedules, material planning, and capacity management to meet customer demands across our refrigeration brands—U-Line, Marvel, and Viking Refrigeration.
Location: This position will initially be based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a planned transition to our Marvel Plant in Greenville, Michigan.

Expected Hours of Work:
This position is full-time. The general scheduled workdays are Monday through Friday.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Planning Planner to join our team. You will be involved in every step of the manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality standards for our brands. This position will initially be based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, transitioning to our Marvel Plant in Greenville, Michigan
Responsibilities:
- Schedule production orders based on customer requests, manufacturing time, capacity, material availability, and lead time
- Conduct daily production planning, including all sub-assembly areas
- Monitor material availability to ensure an uninterrupted production schedule
- Resolve scheduling issues and manage the shop order printing process
- Track report on shipping and production indicators
- Plan shipments to major customers a month in advance and coordinate with Sales management for timely deliveries
- Ensure timely production of finished goods for scheduled shipments
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and forecasting
- Schedule Fabrication and Assembly Departments
- Conduct capacity planning
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Preferred BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Manufacturing, or equivalent work experience
- Scheduling experience in a manufacturing setting using MRP/ERP systems
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency in SQL database reporting using Access or Excel
- CPIM certification is preferred
Working Conditions:
- Office-based and shop environment
- 20% travel
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday- Friday
