For the past 10 years, we have only worked in the industrial/manufacturing niche but at the end of Q1, we will be going into 7 new industries outside of industrial.
The Growth Marketing Specialist role combines client management with hands-on execution. Unlike traditional account managers, our Growth Marketing Specialists are directly responsible for both strategy and execution—handling about 75% of the work while collaborating with our existing internal team of specialists.
This role is perfect for experienced digital marketers who want to drive measurable growth, work across multiple marketing verticals, and take full ownership of client success.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact (POC) for clients while executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing efforts across different verticals, ensuring that each campaign delivers measurable business results.
This role requires a strong generalist foundation, with expertise in at least two or more of the following areas:
- Social Media Marketing (organic and paid)
- Paid Media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads)
- CRM & Marketing Automation (HubSpot, SalesForce, PardotActiveCampaign, Pardot, etc.)
- Email Marketing (segmentation, automation, copywriting)
- SEO & Content Marketing (keyword research, optimization, content strategy)
You will also collaborate with our internal specialists in SEO, Web Development, Video Production, Copywriting, and Graphic Design, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Client Relationships: Act as the primary client POC, leading strategic discussions and ensuring marketing initiatives align with client goals.
- Plan & Execute Campaigns: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies across SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, CRM, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Optimize Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CAC, conversion rates, ROI), making real-time adjustments for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with Specialists: Work with our in-house web, SEO, design, content, and video teams to create high-quality content and assets that drive engagement.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
- Strategic Testing & Growth Hacking: Continuously experiment with new tactics, tools, and automation to optimize funnel efficiency and improve campaign ROI.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with digital marketing best practices, algorithm changes, and industry shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS (KPIs)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Optimize marketing spend to acquire new customers cost-effectively.
- Lead Conversion Rate: Improve the percentage of leads converting to customers.
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs): Increase the number and quality of marketing-qualified leads.
- Return on Investment (ROI): Ensure campaigns generate measurable revenue growth.
- Revenue Growth Rate: Drive increased revenue through performance-focused marketing strategies.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced Marketer: 3 years in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies and execution.
- Client-Focused: Comfortable leading client relationships, presenting reports, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Hands-On Executor: Can manage campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution and reporting.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Able to interpret campaign performance metrics and optimize based on results.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Proactive & Growth-Oriented: Always looking for new ways to improve performance and scale client results.
