Position Overview:Mfinite Consulting is expanding its executive search services and is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional with expertise in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier executive talent across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of executive search methodologies, exceptional networking abilities, and a passion for connecting high-caliber professionals with leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract executive-level talent.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews and competency evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, clients, and industry leaders.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their leadership needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, industry networks, and direct outreach, to identify high-potential candidates.
- Maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline of executive-level professionals.
- Provide market insights and industry trends to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Proven experience (5 years) in executive recruiting, executive search, or retained search.
- Strong understanding of leadership roles, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience recruiting for industries such as IT, government contracting, healthcare, finance, or professional services is a plus.
