We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Dermatologist to join our independent (non-
private equity) private practice on Boston’s North Shore. The successful candidate will split their time
between two collaborating offices, delivering high-quality dermatological care to a diverse patient
population.
Responsibilities:
● Conduct thorough skin examinations to diagnose and treat various dermatological conditions.
● Perform dermatological procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and other diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
● Educate patients on skincare, preventive measures, and treatment options.
● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
● Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
● Stay current with advancements in dermatology and integrate new techniques and treatments into practice.
● Provide consultations and follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress.
● Participate in community outreach and educational programs as needed.
Qualifications:
● MD or DO degree
● Board certification or board eligibility in Dermatology.
● Valid MA medical license to practice dermatology (can be pending).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
● Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
