Medical Assistant House Calls

Are you a Medical Assistant seeking a unique and rewarding opportunity? MFM Health is looking for a passionate, patient-centered individual to join our House Calls Division. In this full-time role, you'll support patients in the North Shore and surrounding communities. We're seeking someone with exceptional patient care skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team. Candidate must reside within the Massachusetts North Shore and surrounding towns area.

Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up telehealth visits at patient’s homes and Assisted Living Facilities, take vital signs, weight, perform pre-visit medication reconciliation, etc
• Administer treatments/diagnostic tests as ordered by the provider (vaccinations, Covid testing, lab draws, etc.)
• Provide safe patient care by demonstrating organizational skills that maintain and coordinate safe delivery of quality care for assigned patients/families
• Participate in a culturally competent plan of care that identifies patient problems, expected outcomes, and addresses preventative measures
• Contribute information provided by the patient or family for the assessment of health status to electronic medical record
• Perform all other duties as assigned
  
  

Candidates with EMT experience would be ideal.

Work Schedule:

Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Pay Rate: $20 to $24 per hour

Work setting: Travel required to patient’s homes and assisted living facilities in the North Shore community and surrounding towns. Must have a reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and a valid drivers license.
