Residential Concierge -2nd Shift- FT $19Hr (LINCOLN PARK)

• Position may require long standing and walking hours while working at the assigned client site.
• Provide excellent customer service at the assigned location.
• Adhere and enforce all company rules, regulations, procedures, policies, and standards of conduct.
• Observe and report activities and incidents at the assigned client site.
• Maintain excellent situational awareness to identify suspicious activity, safety hazards and security concerns.
• Enforce access control and visitor management policies at assigned locations.
• Conduct patrols to check for suspicious activity, safety hazards and identify security concerns.
• Maintain professional working relationship with property management, MFort Security Services, employees, contractors, and other members assigned to the property.
• Responsibly use client and company equipment as security tools to monitor and document security activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by MFort Security Services or client representative.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience (at least 5 years) working in a hotel or residential building
• Proven customer service experience in a luxury setting (at least 5 years)
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude.
• Skills in multitasking and good time-management.
• Must have a service orientated mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued.
• Ability to pass drug test and extensive background check.

Experience:

• Customer service: 5 years (Required)
• Residential/Concierge Experience: 5 years (Required)
