Your Mission
We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager to drive client retention, growth, and expansion within our existing customer base. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder and revenue driver-someone who is strategic, proactive, and skilled at managing high-value accounts.
You will be responsible for renewing, upselling, and cross-selling to current clients while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. As a key player on our team, you will work closely with Customer Success, Research Strategy, and Marketing to execute growth strategies and ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Co-lead onboarding sessions with BDRs, CS, and Research teams to align on goals and processes.
- Serve as the primary commercial relationship manager post-sale.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, business reviews, and strategic progress updates.
- Develop and execute account growth plans tailored to each client's needs.
