The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and achieving measurable results.WHAT YOU WILL DOStrategy Development : Influence, implement, and support a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with company goals and targets, including PPC, display advertising, social media ads, and programmatic buying.Campaign Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to maximize ROI and drive growth. This includes managing budgets, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop paid media specialists, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.Data Analysis and Reporting : Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
