Overview
We are seeking a Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment community, including common areas, grounds, and amenities. Your work will directly impact the overall atmosphere of the property and help create a welcoming, clean environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn care, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth.
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through pruning, weeding, and planting as needed.
• Irrigate landscapes effectively to ensure optimal moisture levels for plants.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs or potential issues.
• Clear debris from walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in the installation of new landscaping features or enhancements as directed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.

Skills

• Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques and groundskeeping practices.
• Experience with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners.
• Familiarity with power tools used in landscaping tasks.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods outdoors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Brooksville, FL 34604: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
