Responsibilities :
- Develop and sustain a dynamic pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and anticipated healthcare positions.
- Utilize ATS to track and manage candidate interactions, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough interviews via phone and in-person to assess candidate qualifications and potential.
- Make informed decisions to qualify or reject candidates based on feedback from interviews and resume evaluations.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries, maintaining clear and prompt communication.
- Attain weekly quotas related to outreach activities such as candidate calls and emails, contributing to overall team goals.

The expected base salary range for roles at this level within MFS Talent is between $60 - $85 hourly (annualized $124,800 - $176,800). This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including benefits and perks outlined above.
