MG M The Law Firm is currently hiring experienced Litigation Paralegals to join our General Liability practice group, supporting our California-based legal teams. This position requires the ability to work Pacific Time Zone business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm). Candidates located near one of our firm's office may have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis from in office. Experience handling California cases is a plus, though not required.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously.
- Monitor case filings and provide detailed assessments to attorneys.
- Draft and prepare initial drafts of various pre-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other pleadings.
- Review and evaluate discovery documents including medical records, sales documents, employment records, and other case material.
- Compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners.
- Contemporaneous accounting and submission of personal billable time.
- 2 years’ experience in General Liability Defense litigation is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience handling California cases is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient interpersonal skills including effective communication with both attorneys and other paralegals to accomplish goals.
- The ability to both work both independently and as part of a larger team.
- Effective problem solving capabilities.
- Preference to mid-level candidates with experience using legal systems such as Westlaw, File & Serve Xpress, PACER.

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
