Call Center And Inside Sales Rep

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while promoting our products and services. Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
• Conduct telemarketing activities to promote products and services, generating leads for the sales team.
• Utilize effective communication techniques to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits clearly.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business development goals and enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer questions.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with inside sales or technology sales is a plus.
• Strong outbound calling skills with an ability to engage customers effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Proficient in using technology tools and software related to call center operations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.05 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Shift:

• 10 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
