What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Representative position at MGA Gymnastics?
MGA is currently on the lookout for happy, personable, responsible people looking to be part of an amazing team of co-workers. We are a children’s facility so you must LOVE to be around and interact with kids!
Here are some more details about what we require:
- Has experience/knowledge of computers and programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Has neat handwriting
- Uses proper spelling & grammar
- Can do basic math, including percentages (don’t worry, you can use a calculator)
- Works well under pressure or when helping multiple customers at once
- Understands the importance of a smile!
- And, of course, responsible, dependable and organized!
Hours:
- Part time position
- Tuesdays 5:15-8:15 pm
- Fridays 4:00-6:10 pm
