- Provide specialized care: Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
- Administer medication with expertise: Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Thorough documentation: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Empower patients and families: Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.

Qualifications
- Home Health Experience (preferred)
- Active LPN license in NC
- Experience in pediatric nursing or home care preferred but not required
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and medical procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care for medically fragile patients
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Must pass background check
