The Office Administrator will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient administrative operations, supporting client interactions, and contributing to the success of our diverse projects.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to gather information, leading to the creation and delivery of easily comprehensible reports/proposals to customers
- Build customer and vendor relationships through in-person interactions, e-mail correspondence, and phone conversations
- Manage assets including incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries, ensuring they reach the appropriate recipients promptly
- Assist in compiling internal company data and confidential customer information
- Assist with invoicing, ordering, purchasing, and other tasks as requested
Requirements And Skills
- It is critical to have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
- Desire to work in highly technical field
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
- Keen attention to detail, coupled with a strong ability to identify errors
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using office equipment (copier, scanner, phones, etc.)
