The Business Operations Intern will support the business team in enhancing productivity and contributing to marketing initiatives, deliverables, and various corporate strategies. This internship offers valuable work experience and skills that are essential for a career in business development or sales operations, including activations. You should be pursuing a degree in business or marketing. (Approx dates for internship May - October)
What You'll Do
- Assist the MGA’s Business Development Team with deliverables from our partners and advertisers.
- Help with the setup and breakdown at MGA events where partner activation is a key focus.
- Aid in administering the MGA’s extensive advertising schedule, ensuring all elements are managed effectively.
- Collect digital records for each advertiser, including documentation of all assets that run during their contract period.
- Prepare and organize on-site signage in advance of events.
- Assist with the inventory of event giveaways to ensure adequate supplies.
- Provide support to the Business Development Team with any administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective public relations and organizational abilities.
- Must possess a keen eye for detail and a high level of energy.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint) and various database programs.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on customer service.
