Evening Janitor

Overview:
MGC Facility Services is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. As a evening cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of our customer's facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors. We are looking for a cleaner that will service one office buildings 2-days a week on Tuesday nights and over the weekend, cleaning averaging 1.5-2 hours per service. Hours to be serviced are after 6pm but before 12pm during the week. The weekend services can be completed either Friday after 6 pm or Saturday before noon.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness standards

Qualifications:
- You must be able to pass a background check.

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
