We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regional Office Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in managing multiple office locations in the Northeast Region. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, fostering a positive workplace culture, and providing outstanding service to our clients. Ideal candidates will be based in Boston or Philadelphia.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversee Regional Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of multiple offices, ensuring seamless operations and a productive work environment.
- Support and Develop Administrative Staff: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and management on workplace concerns.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all legal, regulatory, and organizational policies, promoting accountability and integrity across offices.
- Enhance Workflows: Partner with attorneys and other administrative departments to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and collaboration.
- Recruiting and Staffing: Evaluate staffing requirements for legal support roles, collaborating with HR to recruit and onboard top talent.
- Facilities Coordination: Collaborate with the Facilities team to support office relocations, renovations, and ongoing maintenance as needed.
- Travel: Regional travel will be required on at least a quarterly basis, or as needed, to oversee operations, provide support and ensure alignment with firm policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of direct management experience is required
- Law firm experience or professional services experience is preferred
