We are currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our Litigation team in our Philadelphia office. Ideal candidates will have 7 years of practice experience and must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
- Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
- Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
- Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
- Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants

The annualized salary range for this position is $120,000-$160,000. Actual pay will be determined based on total and relevant experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package. Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to, health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible spending, and more.
