What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Helper position at MGC Roofing?
Roof Helper
Typical Duties & Requirements:
- Repair and maintenance on all roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope tile/shingles. Knowledge of these systems is helpful but not required.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks daily through completion with a strong attention to detail.
- Must not be afraid of heights.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing and kneeling.
- Ability to work with others.
- Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
- Physical endurance and capability
- Ability to work in Cold and Hot Temperature
- Minimum 1 year commercial / residential roof experience.
- Valid Driver's licenses.
- Speak English & Spanish (Preferred).
- Must be able to pass drug screening test.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Full Time Position / Plus Benefits:
- Salary is based on skills, knowledge and experience. Starting at $16.50 per hour
