Quality Assurance Manager

Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This is a critical role in our organization, as it directly impacts the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any deviations or non-conformities
- Lead and manage quality audits to assess the effectiveness of our quality systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues or non-compliance
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance principles and practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance

- Ensure compliance with Safe Quality Foods Certification Program
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant standards

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Food Science, Engineering)
- Proven experience in quality assurance management roles
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, QA/QC methodologies, and statistical analysis techniques
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of quality initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or patterns
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
