Description
Now Hiring: CNC Operators! Join our team in the aerospace/defense industry! We're looking for full-time CNC Operators to help produce precision parts.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, routers) to create high-quality parts.
- Inspect parts to meet quality standards.
- Maintain production records and perform basic machine maintenance.
- Keep the workspace clean and follow safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Basic CNC experience and knowledge of machining operations preferred.
- Basic shop math skills, mechanical aptitude, and tool use.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and physical endurance.
- Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (citizens, lawful permanent residents, or certain refugees).
Physical Demands:
- Frequent repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and occasional kneeling, climbing, and squatting.
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent reaching, twisting, handling, and fine dexterity.
- Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations in a warehouse environment.
Shifts:
- Day Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm or 6:00am-3:30pm (every other Friday off!)
- Second Shift: Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pm
Pay:
- CNC Operator I: $18.50-$22.50/hr
- CNC Operator II: $22.50-$27.50/hr
