Available Shift Times:
- Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- This position has an on-call rotation
- $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates!

- Maintain a current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers.
- Update business office with current posting of all department supervisor's phone numbers.
- Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars.
- Report to Director of Nursing (DON) all employees with excess tardiness or absenteeism in accordance with the center policy.
- Work with Human Resources (HR) and Director of Nursing (DON) when scheduling modified work duty employees in accordance with work restrictions and center policy.
- Complete in timely fashion necessary nursing department employee records upon hiring, job reclassification and discharge.
- Assist employees in accurate completion of forms (i.e., leave and day off requests, time cards, etc.) pertinent to scheduling and staffing.
- Complete monthly nursing schedule coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units. Complete and post work sheets/time schedules.
- Coordinate variances with Director of Nursing (DON).
- Assist in completions and filings of designated reports in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Accepts other duties as assigned
- Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing
- Valid LPN license for the state of Oklahoma is required
- Prior experience scheduling, screening, and selecting job candidates in various clinical roles within a long-term care setting is preferred.
- Communication, Professionalism, Ethical Practice, Relationship Management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Thorough and detail-oriented organization and management skills are highly desired.
